The Pass Plus has been created to help newly qualified drivers build on their skills and knowledge. It will teach you how to anticipate, plan for and deal with all kinds of hazards, and to generally help you become a more confident driver.
Becoming a Better Driver
Without doubt, passing your driving test is one of life’s great achievements and one you should be very proud of. However, there are many more things you need to learn about coping with driving on all types of road or in every weather condition. If you are concerned about progressing your skills by becoming a more experienced driver, the Pass Plus Programme could be just for you.
There is no substitute for experience and experience can only come with practice and although you may have just passed your driving test and you want to be hitting the roads and experience life behind the wheel, the Pass Plus can definitely help to move things in the right direction.
Who Created The Pass Plus Course?
Designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with the help of insurers and the driving industry, the Pass Plus is becoming a widely recognised and respected qualification. The Pass Plus scheme is aimed at drivers who have just recently passed their initial driving test and can help teach you various driving techniques that you may not have fully mastered during your driving lessons. These include driving at night, in bad weather or even driving on the motorway.
What Does The Course Include?
Now we have provided you with all of the positives from completing the Pass Plus, it is important to let you know what it actually entails! Basically you will cover 6 modules which have been designed to cover all of the areas which are not covered during your standard driving tuition. These conditions include:
- Driving in town
